• Appointment Confirmation - The final confirmation of the appointment date and time will be communicated only after the full payment is made. - If we are unable to match a convenient time and date for your appointment, you may request a full refund.
• Rescheduling Policy - Clients may reschedule their approved appointment one time for free if the request is made at least 8 hours before the scheduled appointment time. - Rescheduling requests must be made through our application/system.
• Refund Policy - A full refund is available if the appointment date and time cannot be mutually agreed upon or if it is not convenient for the client. - Refunds will be processed within [insert processing time, e.g., 7-10 business days] of the request. 6.
