Payment Policy
- Full payment is required to confirm your appointment.
- After payment, we will schedule a mutually convenient appointment time.
Appointment Confirmation
- Final confirmation of the appointment date and time is issued only after full payment.
- If a convenient slot cannot be matched, you may request a full refund.
Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule one time for free if requested at least 8 hours before the appointment.
- Rescheduling requests must be made through our application/system.
Refund Policy
- A full refund is available if the appointment date/time cannot be mutually agreed upon or is not convenient for the client.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of the request.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds for cancellations follow the Refund Policy above.
